All products are described and photographed as accurately as possible. Due to screen settings and lighting, colours may appear slightly different in person.
Many of our products are handmade and hand-frosted using rhinestones and embellishments. Because of this, slight variations and imperfections may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness and charm of each piece.
Pricing & Payments
All prices on our website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
We reserve the right to change pricing, product availability or product descriptions at any time without notice.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.
Shipping
We currently ship Australia-wide.
Shipping times provided are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post or courier delays outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details and addresses are entered correctly at checkout. Add The Frost is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can help resolve the issue.
Items must not be used or altered before contacting us regarding any issue.
DIY Kits & Safety
Our DIY Frost Kits may contain small parts, rhinestones and adhesives. Adult supervision is recommended for younger children.
Products should always be used as intended.
