We ship Australia-wide.
Orders are packed with care and sent as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your frost on its way to you.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Processing Times
Frost Kits are usually packed and dispatched within 2–5 business days.
Frosted Originals and custom pieces may take longer depending on the item, as each piece is hand-finished with care.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
Please choose carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll review it and do our best to make it right.
Custom Pieces
Custom and one-of-one Frosted Originals are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
